Police Tracking Database

Hate Out is calling for the creation of a local, state and national database tracking egregious and violent behaviors committed by law enforcement officers towards Black people, oppressed people, marginalized people and those suffering from mental illness. Hate Out aims to stop law enforcement officers from transporting bad behaviors to any communities within the United States.
