Visitors to the website can download and extract information and data from our website as it has been quality checked as well as copyright approved. We have, however, removed any location data from images on the website so as not to infringe upon nor endanger the privacy of our correspondents.

If you've used one of our contact forms, your email address is usually included. We do not store your email address or share it with anyone else without your express permission.

Credit Card Security

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - Venmo. If you choose to use a Venmo account, your personal credit card information will not be given to Hate Out Of Winston staff. All transaction will be handled within the secuity and parameters of the pay constituent and you will be given the option to return to our site after the transaction is complete. We have no access to the credit card transaction process. In the rare event that there is an issue, please contact the credit card company.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
